It’s always great to catch up with friends at the shows every season and when my friend Kathryn Rene (fashion designer & fellow stylist) & I bumped into the lovely Lee Dales outside the Xander Zhou show at LC:M SS16 , we wasted no time catching up as the end of another hectic season drew to a close. We were humbled to have our photograph taken to be featured on the Farfetch website as part of their Fashion Connect section. Farfetch is one of my favourite luxury online shopping destinations for that special something expertly sourced from selected boutiques around the world. How could I refuse?!

Patrick Cox & I at The Glade Room, Sketch London showcasing the Lathbridge London collection.

I had the pleasure of meeting Canadian-born luxury foot wear designer Patrick Cox at Sketch London where he was launching his new lifestyle brand LATHBRIDGE  London as part of London Collections: Men SS16. He talked me through his inspirations and the themes for this collection which features men’s and women’s footwear.

I caught up with Alec the talented designer of MAI GIDAH at The Hospital Club in the emerging designers room. Alec talked me through his SS16 collection. Originally from Accra, Ghana and a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts Sint-Niklaas in Belgium, Alec is heavily influenced by european art without forgetting his cultural roots.
